This takes place over a video app (Zoom) and you can tell me your aspirations/set backs for your project. It is my wish to develop a strong professional relationship right from the start as we may be working together for some time so let’s make sure we are a good fit for each other.

I am so glad you asked. Our journey begins by working through the Seasonal personality document. It is a fun profiling framework that helps me discover your interior preferences (even if you don’t know them yet) in an unexpected way. This short exercise will enable us to create your bespoke design and eliminate any misunderstanding. This document will be emailed to you together with the Discovery form where you can tell me in detail about your project. Both forms will be discussed during our first in person meeting.

This will be established during our first in-person meeting in conjunction with the Discovery form you have filled in. On the day of our meeting, we will establish the scope of work and discuss potential solutions dilemmas and agree on the expectation for each room. We will decide together the level of my involvement is needed. This meeting is likely to take up to 2 hours and will reveal in detail what is needed in order to fulfil your brief.

You can choose my online interior design service with two options depending on where you are in your project. I have a successful portfolio of online interior design projects (see online interior design portfolio) which is ideal if you live further away. For more complex briefs, it is best to work face to face as I can provide a completely bespoke design that is tailor made for you and your family’s needs (see interior design portfolio)

The sooner the better. This way I can get to know any contractors involved and suggest options that would be difficult to implement at a later stage.
